【摘要】 S-038抑胃酶剂是福东链霉菌S-038菌株产生的。经正丁醇萃取、硅胶柱层析分离得到并经过DEAE-52纤维素和Sephedex G-15层析纯化。通过理化性质、紫外光谱、红外光谱、氨基酸分析,高压液相色谱以及质谱等的研究,认为其主要组分与Pepstatin A同质。更多还原

【Abstract】 S-038 pepsin inhibitor is produced by a Streptomyces fudongus n. sp. Liu. It is isolated by n-butanol extract and silica gel colum chromatography, and puripied by DEAE-52 cellulose and Sephedex G-15chromatography. From their physico-chemical properties, UV、 IR、 HPLC、 AA and MS spectrum,the major component of S-038 pepsin inhibitor is considered to be identical to pepstatin A.更多还原
