抗生素83-1050B的研究 Ⅰ抗生素83-1050B产生菌的鉴定和体外抗菌活性研究

【摘要】 从我国四川省九襄县土壤中分离到一株链霉菌83-1050B,经形态、培养特征、生理生化特性、拮抗性、全细胞及细胞壁化学组分等方面的研究表明,与文献报道的暗霉素产生菌——黑暗链霉菌Streptomyces tenebrarius ATCC 17920基本相似,认为是黑暗链霉菌的新株,定名为黑暗链霉菌83-1050B(Streptomyces tenebrarius 83-1050B)。该菌株产生多组分的氨基糖苷类抗生素复合物,具有广谱的抗菌活性,复合物的主要组分有三个,其中83-1050B-Ⅰ和83-1050B-Ⅱ经分离、纯化,测定理化性质及生物学活性,分别与文献报道的阿普拉霉素(Apramycin)和氨甲酰妥布拉霉素(6”-O-carbamoyl tobramycin)为同质。氨甲酰妥布拉霉素经碱水解得到妥布拉霉素,从体外抗菌活性结果说明:妥布拉霉素对各种细菌的作用比庆大霉素强,尤以抗绿脓杆菌的作用较突出,83-1050B-Ⅱ和庆大霉素作用相当,83-1050B-1的抗菌作用比庆大霉素差。

【Abstract】 A strain of streptomyces. 83-1050B was isolated from a soil sample collected from Jil Xiang prefecture in Sichuan Province. According to its morphological,cultural, biochemical characteristics, antimicrobial activity and the chemical composition of cell wall, the strainwas very conformable with the Nebramycins producer-Str. tenebrarius described in thelitera ture, yet there are still some differences between them. We considered, it is a new strain of Str. tenebrarius and give the name Str. tenebrarius 83-1050 B.The in-vitro antimicrobial activities of 83-1050 B complex, 83-1050B-Ⅰ , 83-1050B-Ⅲ , tobramycin are respectively studied and compared with the gentamicin . All of them have exerted broadspectrum activities as gentamicin.Especially against pseudomonas aeruginosa, tobramycins activity is stronger than that of gentamicin,83-1050B-Ⅰis slightly weaker than gentamicin.In our experiment, the M. I. C. values are affected by the NaC1 content and pH value of medium.
