【摘要】 头孢噻肟是一新的对革蓝氏阴性杆菌具有强大抗菌作用的广谱头孢菌素。本文报告国产头孢噻肟对临床分离的大肠杆菌、肺炎克氏杆菌、绿脓杆菌、肺炎球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌引起小鼠系统感染的保护治疗作用,并与头孢唑啉的保护治疗作用进行了对比。头孢噻肟对大肠杆菌和肺炎克氏杆菌引起的小鼠感染的保护治疗作用明显优于头孢唑啉,但对金黄色葡萄球菌引起的感染其保护作用不及头孢唑啉。头孢噻肟对绿杆菌和肺炎球菌引起的小鼠感染的治疗作用比头孢唑啉略强。这一实验结果与体外抗菌作用的研究结果一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cefotaxime is a new cephalosportn derivative with a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity especially against gram-negative rods. Protective effects of cefotaxime in mice infected intraperitoneally with E coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aerugino so, Streptococcus pneumomae, and Staph. aureus were compared to that of cefazolin. Cefotaxime showd higher protective effects than cefazolin in mice infected with E coli and Klebsiella pneumomae, whereas the for-mer was less active than the latter against infections with Staph aureus. Cefotaxime was found to be slightly stronger in mice than that of cefazolin against infections caused by Pseudomonas, aeruginosa and Streptococcus pneumoniae. These results obtained in the tests on mice infection models were in aggreement with those detected in the in vitro antibacterial activity of cefota-xime.更多还原
