国产头孢噻肟与几种常用抗生素对常见病原菌的体外抗菌活性
THE IN VITRO ANTIBACTERIAL ACTIVITY OF HOME-MADA CEFOTAXIME AND SEVERAL COMMONLY USED ANTIBIOTICS ON THE COMMON PATHOGENIC ORGANISMS
【摘要】 比较四川抗菌素工业研究所合成的头孢噻肟与其它几种常用抗生素对大肠杆菌、金色葡萄球菌与绿脓杆菌的体外抗菌活性。用对倍稀积试管法检测最低抑菌浓度(MIC)与最低杀菌浓度(MBC),以二者的累积百分比进行比较。头孢噻肟对大肠杆菌有高度抗菌活性,MIC50与MIC90分别为0.013与0.05μg/ml,其MBC50与MBC90分别为0.20与6.25μg/ml,明显地较丁胺卡那霉素、多粘菌素E与庆大霉素与氨苄青霉素为强。它对金色葡萄球菌有中度抗菌活性MIC50与MIC90分别为1.56与6.25μg/ml,不及庆大霉素、头孢噻啶、氯霉素,与红霉素相似。它对绿脓杆菌有轻度抗菌活性,其MIC50与MIC90分别为12.5与50μg/ml,不及丁胺卡那霉素、多粘菌素E与庆大霉素。
【Abstract】 Comparison of the in vitro antibacterial activity of home-made cefotaxime with several Commonly used antibiotics was carried out on the following common clinical pathogenic organisms. 100 strains of Escherichia coli, 65 strains of Staphylococcus aureus and 223 strains of Psudomonas aeruginosa.The data showed:For Escherichia coli,the home-made cefotaxime possessed high activity and was much more effective than Amikacin, Poly-myxin E, Gentamicin and Ampicillin.For Staphylococcus aureus, the cefotaxime possessed a moderate activity and was less effective than Gentamicin, Cephalorid-ine(II),Chloromycetin, and somewhat similar to Erythromycin.For Pseudomonas aeruginosa,it possessed a mild activity and was much less effective than Amikacin, Polymyxin E and Gentamicin.
