吸水类群链霉菌的研究 Ⅲ.刺孢吸水链霉菌新变种-武汉变种

【摘要】 从华中农学院校园土壤中分离得到一株链霉菌,编号SH-126。它产生的抗生素对引起柑桔贮藏病害的青、绿霉菌具有很强的抑制作用。该菌孢子链松敞螺旋形,孢子表面有稀疏短刺;基丝笋皮棕,气丝乌贼灰,吸水后呈褐色湿斑,可溶性色素为深蛛网灰。在培养特征和生理生化特性上与已知的刺孢吸水链霉菌及其变种等相比都有一定差别,所以定名为刺孢吸水链霉菌武汉变种(Streptomyces hygrospinosus var. wuhanensis n.var.)。

【Abstract】 A strain SH-126 of streptomyces sp. was isolated from soil of Wuchang, Hubei province of China. It was found to produce an antibiotic which is effective in preventing and controlling the citrus diseases during storage time caused by Pemcillinm italicum and p. digitatum. Its spore chains are spiral. Spore surface is spiny. Sometimes, the brown moist aerial mycelium is observed on Gause’s medium No. I. This strain is very conformable with Streptomyces hygrospinosus, S. hygrospinosus var. kunmingensis and S. hygrospinosus var. beijingensis in morphological characteristics described in the literatures, but differs from these three known species and varieties in cultural and physiological characteristics. Tere-fore it is considered to be a new variety with the name Streptomyces hygiospinosis var. wuhanensis n. var.
