125I-碘化钠标记尖吻蝮蛇毒NAD糖甘水解酶在小鼠体内的分布

【摘要】 以氯胺T为氧化剂制备了125Ⅰ一标记尖吻蝮蛇毒NAD糖苷水解酶,将125Ⅰ—NAD糖苷水解酶注入小鼠尾静脉,观察小鼠体内各脏器及血液中不同时间的分布情况,发现125Ⅰ—NAD 糖苷水解酶住血液和大多数组织中放射活性在3小时内较高,3小时后下降较快,12小时后稳定,48小时随尿、粪便排泄完.以3小时测量各组织放射性脉冲数/分钟相加合计算(相对百分数),血液27.8%>胃20.8%>肾16.6%>肺12.2%>脾7.0%>肝5.2%>小肠4.9%>心4.6%>脑0.8%.

【Abstract】 125I—labelled NAD Glycohydrolase(E.C.3.2.2.5)(NADase)fromAgkistrodon Acutus venom were prepared with oxident-chloroamine T,and wereinjected into the veins of mice.The maximal radioactivities measured intissues appeared from 0.5 to 3 hours after injection,the minimal at 12 hours,and excretion of the NADase was over at 48 hours.The distribution of the NADase in various tissues at three hours afterinjection are showed as followa:27.8% in the blood,20.8% stomach,16.6%kidney,12.2% lungs,7.0% spleen,5.2% liver,4.9% small intestine 4.6%heart and 0.8%brain.
