【摘要】 为了澄清妇女月经多寡是否可反映在血清纤维蛋白裂解产物的水平的变化上。我们组织了50名女工,用月经杯收集月经血,用Shaw氏碱性血色原法测定月经血量,用金黄色葡萄球菌凝集法测定行经期血清FDP含量,并且对月经杯与月经垫承接月经血的方法的测定结果进行了自身对比试验。结果表明无论妇女是否放有宫内节育器,均未发现其月经血量的多寡与血清FDP水平之间的相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 To clarify if menorrhagia might reflect the level of serum FDP, 50 females were assigned to collect menstruation with vaginal cups. Menstrual blood loss was determined by the Shaw’s alkaline hemochromogen method. FDP was estimated by the S. aureus agglutination method. The results by these two methods, the vaginal cup anal the pad were studied through self-comparison, No relationship has been shown between mestrual blood volume and the serum FDP level.更多还原
