【摘要】 在实验室里,以芝麻油、大豆油和菜油等三种植物油作助剂对溴氰菊酯防治马尾松毛虫的增效性测定表明:处理后48小时,芝麻油对溴氰菊酯有36％的增效作用,而大豆油和菜油均有不同程度的拮抗作用,其中菜油可使溴氰菊酯的药效降低56％.在溴氰菊酯浓度都在10ppm的情况下,处理后72小时,溴氰菊酯(指有效成分)与芝麻油以1:5、1:1O、1:20、1:40、1:80和1:16O的六种配比均比溴氰菊酯单用有的增效作用(α<0.01),但六种配比之间无显著的差异(α>0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The synergism of three vegetable oils, sesame oil, soybean oil and rape oil, to deltamethrin against pine caterpillar (Dendrolimus punctatus Walker ) was investigated in the laboratory in Hangzhou. The results indicated that the addition of certain sesame oil to deltamethrin increased the effectiveness of the latter by 36%, while the addition of the same quantity of soybean oil or rape oil to deltamethrin decreased the effectiveness of the latter by 13% and 56%, respectively, 48 h.after treatments.The synergism of sesame oil to deltamethrin was slightly influenced by the quantity of sesame oil added in the deltamethrin. Among 7 ratios of deltamethrin (effective composition): sesame oil, 1:2.5, 1:5, 1:10, 1:20, 1:40, 1:80 and 1:160, the last 6 ratios presented a significant synergism, as compared with the ratio of 1:0, (a <0.0l) but no significant difference among the last 6 ratios ( a >0.05 ), 72 h.after treatments.
