【摘要】 本文利用计算结果与实测数据的偏差,提出焊接工艺特征参数的概念,并以简便的方法求出该参数。该参数不仅对一些焊接工艺上难以处理的因素在输出结果方面的影响作出综合性的度量,而且还可用来选择适当的焊接工艺或研究某一焊接工艺的稳定性。因此,不论理论上或工程应用上都有一定的意义。文中还给出了一个焊接结构的分析实例以阐明具体应用过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the phenomena that the calculated results deviate largely from the measured results, Which makes their mutual verification impossible. But these deviations are now used to give a new concept of technological characteristics parameter of welding, and find the parameter in a simple way. It may be used not only to take a comprehensive measure of the influence of some factors (which are very difficult to handle) on the results; it may be also employed to choose a proper welding technigue. This is of some signifi-cance both in theory and in engineering.In order to show the application, an example of the structural analysis is given.更多还原
