【摘要】 本文对北京市神经外科研究所自1958～1984年中收治的520例中的377例颅内动脉瘤的脑血管造影结果进行了分析。主要内容包括:颅内动脉瘤的年龄、性别、部位、大小和形态分布;不同年龄、性别、部位、大小和形态的颅内动脉瘤出血的发生率;出血后动脉痉挛的发生率、时间、部位和程度分布。分析的结果有助于神经外科医生借助于脑血管造影来认识和诊断颅内动脉瘤。更多还原

【Abstract】 The angiographic results of 377 from 520 cases of intracranial aneurysms accumulated in the Beijing Neurosurgical Instiute(1958—1984) are reported in this paper. The incidence and the size, shape, location of the aneurysms were analyzed. The incidence of intracranial hemorrhage, the time, localazation and degree of the vasospasm occured after intracranial hemorrhage also were discussed. These results must be helpful in realizing and diagnosing of the intracranial aneurysm.更多还原
