【摘要】 为了观察接触羽毛、猪鬃、皮毛、木尘等有机尘作用工人后的健康状况,以244名畜产品厂和30名木粉加工厂的工人为调查对象,并以该厂行政管理人员55名和食品厂的50名工人作为厂内和厂外的对照组。结果发现,接触上述三种动物性有机尘的工人,可出现免疫球蛋白IgA水平升高和1gG水平降低以及白细胞总数、分类和血清铜蓝蛋白含量的明显变化。与对照相比,差异有显著意义。作者认为这种临床和实验室特征符合外源性变态反应性肺泡炎。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article presents the comparative study on the health condition of 244 workers exposed to feather, animal hair and wood dusts in animal products factory and 30 workers in a wood powder precess mill. Fifty-five administrators of the same factory and 50 persons working in a food factory were used as the control groups inside and outside of the factory respectively. The results showed that in the workers exposed to the abovementioned organic dusts occurred the high level of serum IgA, ceruloplasmin and low level of serum IgG, and the evels for leukocyte total count and neutrocyte were significantly higher than control. These clinical laboratory characteristics were considered to be in conformity with extrinsic allergic alveolitis.更多还原
