【摘要】 本文报告了氯丙烯染毒后Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型肌纤维内运动终板超微结构的改变,表现以接头前部分突触小泡显著减少或消失及线粒体变性为主.Ⅱ型肌纤维内突触后膜有皱褶的运动终板毒害较重,而Ⅰ型肌纤维内突触后膜无皱褶的运动终板相对较轻.更多还原

【Abstract】 The ultrastructural Changes of the motor end-plates of type 1 and type Ⅱmuscles in rats exposed to allyl chloride were reported. The changes consisted of marked decrease or vanishment of some synapse vesicles and degeneration of mi tochondria. The motor end-plates in type Ⅱ muscles with wrinkled postsynaptic membrane appeared seriously damaged, while that in type Ⅰ muscles with unwrinkled postsynaptic membrane were damaged less seriously.更多还原
