14C-标记水稻白叶枯病侵染规律的研究

【摘要】 1982和1984年用14C-葡萄糖标记水稻白叶枯细菌(OS14和勃利菌种),对水稻进行田间人工接种,翌年用液体闪烁测量技术检测带菌杂草15种。从水稻三叶期开始,由杂草、病稻株进入田水中的病菌侵染秧苗根系,沿植株n+2叶片向上侵染,七叶龄后,病菌侵染植株各器官。

【Abstract】 The Xanthomonas oryzae was grown on beef extract agar medium ^containing 14C-labelled glucose. The radioactivity of the Xanthomonas oryzae was estimated by scintillation counting. Studies on the bacteria infection from rice seedling to weeds showed that 15 kinds of weeds were infected. From the beginning of tree-leaf-period, the bacteria from weeds infect into seedling roots, and from seedling roots upwards through (n + 2) leaves until the seven-leaf-period. Finally, bacteria appeared in all organs, and the disease was apparent.
