三种竹子硫酸盐法蒸煮因素的探讨

【Abstract】 Factors affecting the yields and the Kappa numbers of unbleached bamboo pulps were investigated. The factors studied were alkaline charge, sulfidity, maximum cooking temperature, and time at temperature. Bamboo species concerned were Bambusa textilis McClure, Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munor and Ar-undinaria amabilis McClure. Results indicate that alkali charge is the most important factor. Kraft pulping results of these three bamboo species were compared. Bambusa textilis McClure and Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munor seemed to give better paper quality.Results obtained in this experiment suggest that the max. temperature period on kraft bamboo pulping could be reduced to 0.5 hour. Guangning Paper Mill, Guangdong Province, adopted the results of this investigation and had reduced its cooking duration of bamboo kraft pulping at 168℃ from 1 hour to 0.5 hour since August, 1984 and satisfactory results were obtained.
