【Abstract】 The reactivity pattern of wheat straw pulping was recently studied in our laboratory. Keeping the characteristics of wheat straw lignin and hemicellulose in mind and considering the mechanism as well as the topochemistry of delignification, technological rules to be followed in the pulping of wheat straw were proposed. It was suggested that cooking of wheat straw should not be conducted under high pH value, but be rather under neutral or slightly alkaline conditions, in order to retain more hemicellulose in the pulp obtained, selective delignification methods may also be employed. The pulping temperature of wheat straw should he controlled within the range of 140-150℃. From the point of view of delignification topochemistry, wheat straw pulping may be accomplished through a combination of chemical and mechanical measures.更多还原
