【摘要】 本文研究人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901对临床常用的15种抗癌剂的敏感性。结果表明本瘤细胞株对抗生素、生物碱、烷化剂等细胞毒素类药物呈高度敏感。实验确定了各类抗癌剂对本株细胞最佳疗效的培养时间及相应的剂量。提示SGC-7901细胞是快速筛选新抗癌药物和开展肿瘤实验的有用工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 A study on sensitivity of a human gastric adenocarcinoma cell strain SGC-7901 to fifteen anticancer agents was made. The results showed that the cell strain SGC-7901 is highly sensitive to cytotoxic drugs including antibiotics, alkaloids and cyclopropanes. The culture-time needed and the dosags of drugs for maximum efficiency of cell kill had been determined. It is suggested that SGC-7901 cell strain is a useful tool for rapid screening of new anticancer agents for pharmacological experiment.更多还原
