【摘要】 本文对2例白细胞数低、骨髓粒系统增生低下、最初使用化疗有限制的急性白血病患者,使用VD₂与联合使用VD₂与集落刺激因子（CSF）粗制品进行“白细胞诱导疗法”。其中1例急性淋巴细胞白血病（L₂）得到完全缓解;另一例周围血像亦有改善。作者认为,本疗法对骨髓增生低下的病例,有改善症状、提高周围血细胞数量,甚至有改善骨髓功能的效果,对暂时不适合化疗的病人可提供治疗条件。本法与化疗配合使用,可能提高白血病的缓解率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two cases of acute leukemia with an decrcase in cell count in reripheralblood and extreme hyrotlasia in bone marrow which were shown priov to initialchemotherapy were treated with Vitamin D₂ （Calciferal） alone or Vitamin D₂ com-bined with unpurified CSF which acted as"leukemic cell inductive therapy" Of thetwo cases, one case with acute lymphocytic leukemia （L₂） was achieved in completeremission and the other showed some extent of improvement in reripheral bloodpiciures, though no remissions were achicved.The author recognized that theregimen might ameliorate the symptoms, increase cell count in peripheral blcodand had prcbablly effect on hemopoisis, which might provide a chance of che-motherapy in those patients who are temporar ilynot indicated to chemotherapy. Thc remission rate might be improved by the combination of vitamine D₂and CSF.It tikely that combimation might achiveb the remission rate in patientwith acute leukemia.
