【摘要】 本文应用脉冲多普勒血流频谱对43名先天性心脏病人和30名正常人进行检查。结合资料对先天性心脏病左向右分流病人的多普勒血流频谱进行分析,其中,动脉导管未闭12例,房间隔缺损13例,室中隔缺损18例,将结果与手术所见进行了对照,二者完全符合。所以,作者认为脉冲多普勒血流频谱检查,具有敏感性强、确诊率高、无损伤等优点,是心脏外科术前诊断不可缺少的先进技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pulsed Doppler blood flow spectrum was used to detect 30 normalsubjects and 43 patients with congenital heart disease (CHD) . The data ofDoppler blood flow spectrum of left-to-right shunt in 43 patients with CHDwere analysed among the 43 patients, patent,ductus arteriosus were 12, ventri-cular septal defect 18, atrial septal detect 13. The findings of Doppler exami-nation and that of operation were consistent completely. The authors consideredthat the pulsed,Doppler blood flow spectrum analysis applied to the diagnosisof congenital heart diseases was non-invasive of high sensitivity and with pre-cise accuracy. It is an advanced technic in cardiology and is recommended as anadequate diagnostic technique that must be used preoperatively.更多还原
