铅对儿童智力、学习成绩的影响

【摘要】 为探讨铅对儿童神经心理、智力行为的影响,对112名7~11岁血铅水平在10.52~68.76μg/dl的儿童做了WISC—R儿童智力测定及了解其学习成绩。结果:1.不同水平血铅浓度儿童的各项测验成绩得分有随血铅浓度升高而下降的趋势,低水平血铅和高水平血铅浓度两组儿童的FIQ和VIQ有显著差异(P<0.05)。2.对FIQ<90的9例儿童进行分析,发现有8例儿童血铅浓度>40μg/dl。儿童体内铅水平高是否可影响儿童的智力和学习能力值得探讨。

【Abstract】 In order to study the lead effect to neuropsychological performance ofchildren, we have made the WISC-R intelligence tests to 112 children, aged7~11 years, the blood lead level is 10. 52 to 68. 76μg/dl. The results are 1)Children’s scores of all subjects are tending to go down as their blood leadlevels go up.The FIQ and VIQ of two groups of children (low and high levelsof blood lead concentration) have significant difference (p<0. 05). 2) We haveanalysed 9 children (FIQ<90) and have found 8 children’s blood lead concen-tration>40μg/dl.It seems the intelligence and ability of study can be effectedby high blood level. This is a problem worth for further studing.
