【Abstract】 The positive rate of dermatic test and ELISA of 257 students in Ichun.City, Dafong and Chenmin are 12. 1% and 8. 5% respectively which is lowerthan that of 1972. No patients with paragonimiasis are found out.The infectedrate and degree of crayfish are 54.3% and 6. 1/per gram. Semisulcospira liber-tina is first discovered in Ichun Area, Heilongjiang Province. At the same time, morphology and the chromosome of adult worm, egg andmetacercaria of p.westermani ichunensis were observed and analysed. The obser-vation indicates that P. westermani belongs to diploid type (small type) of P.westermani According to the results reported by us and other authors,no abviousdifference is existed among P.westermani ichunensis and the lung fluke of di-ploid type of P.westermani in other area. Therefore, there are not full evi-dences regarding the lung fluke in Ichun Area as an independent subspecies.更多还原
