【Abstract】 There were no significant differences within species in the levels of ether extracts, iodine number, cholers-terol and the ratio of UFA/SFA (P>0.05) among the fat livers of different weights from Lionhead geese, Muscovy and Pekin ducks. The UFA content of fat livers from the Muscovy ducks was higher but the chol-ersterol content was the lowest. The authors were of the opinion that this species of ducks was better for the production of fat liver.更多还原
