电力系统静态状态估计的量测系统配置
The Allocation of the Measuring Set in Power System State Estimation
【摘要】 本文应用矩阵的特征分析等方法,讨论了电力系统静态状态估计的量测系统优化配置问题,提出了量测系统配置的五个原则。本文所提出的原则,可用于计算机辅助设计或改善一个量测系统,以较少的量测仪表获得较高的估计精度和数值稳定性。本文方法比之文献已有的方法效果好,计算量小。
【Abstract】 The suitable allocation of the measuring set from the point of view. of minimizing estimation error is one of the fundamental problems in power system state estimation (PSSE) In this paper we have answered the following three questions.(1)"Where" should we add a measurement most effectively in order to decrease the estimation error. (2)"What kind" of measurement should be used.(3)"Which" measurement could be removed from a given measuring system which would produce the least effect upon the performance of PSSE.An algorithm for designing a new or improving an existing measuring set is developed. Computational comparison on IEEE 14 buses.test system with some other methods already proposed in literatures has been made, and better results are obtatined.The relation between, the estimation error and the numerical stability of estimation has reen discussed, and is included in the paper also
