转子寿命计算与延长转子寿命的措施

【摘要】 根据汽轮机转子寿命损耗概念,本文对国产30万千瓦汽轮机在启、停和负荷变化时所引起的循环热应力进行了分析处理,提出了推荐给用户使用的热态、冷态启动曲线和负荷变化寿命控制曲线。为了改善机组的调峰性能,延长转子的寿命,本文用弹塑性有限元素法,对转子的最危险截面——调节后过渡园角处的应力集中系数进行了计算。根据计算结果,将过渡园角由R3改为R20,即能延长转子寿命2倍左右,并提高了转子的承载能力。

【Abstract】 From the point of view of rotor-life consumption, the paper analyses and treats cyclic hot stresses caused by start-up,shut-down and load level change for 300MW steam turbine of domestic design and provides life controlled curves of cold starts, warm starts and load changes.To extend rotor-life and improve cyclic operation, the paper calculats concentrical factors of stress at the transitional curved section after regulation stage,using elastic-plastic finite element method. The calculating results indicate that the radius of the transitional section is changed only from 3mm into 20mm and then the rotor-life will be extended twice. This result has been applied to the design of new set.
