园筒形燃烧室流动和传热过程的数学模拟
Mathematical Simulation of Flow and Heat Transfer Processes in Cylindrical Combustion Chambers
【摘要】 本文提出了园筒形燃烧室流动和传热过程的数学模拟方法。流动过程的模拟用湍流两方程模型,辐射换热用Monte Carlo解法。利用上述方法对煤粉预燃室进行了计算,取得了比较满意的结果。
【Abstract】 A procedure has been developed for predicting the flow pattern, temperature distribution and heat flux pattern within the end fired cylindrical furnace(precombustion chamber) used in large capacity boilers to take pulverized coal fire in order to save the fuel oil. The turbulent two-equation model and the Monte Carlo technique are used in predicting. It is considered that the mathematical simulation method can be applied to prediction of the characteristics of practical cylindrical combustion furnaces.
