【摘要】 本文报道了云产三七根粗提物—生三七人参皂甙对小鼠骨髓细胞体外培养有促进细胞团增殖的作用。在培养皿内加入一定量的生三七溶液对粒系、单核系细胞团都有促进增殖的作用。在分析讨论中提出了其作用机制的可能性。但具体作用环节有待进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports that raw ginsenoside, extract from panax notoginseng from Yunnan province, could promote the proliferation of routine bone marrow cells in vitro. Both granulocytopoietic and monoeytopoietic systems were able to proliferate to give rise to more colonies when cultured in the presence of a definite amount of raw ginsenoside.
