芭蕾舞演员热能消耗量的研究
STUDY OF ENERGY EXPENDITURE IN BALLET DANCERS
【摘要】 本文以10名高水平的男女芭蕾舞演员为对象,采用气体代谢法对芭蕾舞的基本功训练课、独舞和双人舞蹈动作进行了热能消耗量测定,并以遥测心率法同时测试了舞蹈中的心率。主要报导了芭蕾舞中各种舞蹈活动的热能消耗率:基本功把杆练习的消耗是0.103±0.020(男)、0.102±0.020kcal·kg-1·min-1(女);课堂中跳跃的消耗为0.162±0.027(男)、0.145±0.024kcal·kg-1·min-1(女),双人舞蹈的消耗是0.155±0.029(男)、0.152±0.026kcal·kg-1·min-1(女);单人舞的消耗为0.190±0.031(男)及0.151±0.031kcal·kg-1·min-1(女)。根据实验数据及舞蹈密度调查资料,计算出一小时芭蕾舞的热能消耗量是288±17kcal(男) 及209±9 kcal(女),芭蕾舞舞蹈中演员的平均心率是137~194次·min-1(男),148~186次.min-1(女),舞蹈中热能消耗率与心率、耗氧量或通气量均呈正相关,相关系数均在0.9以上,文中列出了热能消耗率与心率的回归方程,可作为采用心率推算能量的参考。芭蕾舞中耗氧量、能量消耗及心率等数据说明:芭蕾舞是一种有氧和无氧混合类型的运动。芭蕾舞热能消耗的数据,可为制定舞蹈演员的营养标准提供依根。
【Abstract】 In order to provide scientific data to manipulate the diet of ballet dancers in China, we conducted a study of energy expenditure in ballet by gas metabolism. Subjects were ten elite professional dancers (five men and five women), aged 21-41 yrs. HR was also measured simultaneously with gas metabolism during dancing by telemetry. The main results were as follows:Energy expenditure for "barre" activities during basic training of ballet was 0.103±0.020 (men) and 0.102±0.020 kcal. kg-1, min-1 (women);and it was 0.162 ±0.027 (men) and 0.145±0.024 kcal.kg-1.min-1 (women) for center floor class including jumps, leaps, sprints and bursts; 0.190 ± 0.031 (men) and 0.151±0.031 kcal. kg-1, min-1 (women) for solo dance; 6.155 ± 0.029 (men) and 0.152±0.026 kcal.kg-1, min-1 (women) for dance of two people.Calculation on the basis of the experimental data of energy expenditure and the investigated material of dancing density showed that energy expenditure of one hour ballet dance was 288±17 kcal (men) and 209±9 kcal (women). HR during ballet was 137-194 (men) and 148-186 beats/min (women). Energy expenditure was highly and positively correlated with HR, O2 consumption, or pulmonary ventilation. Correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.9 (P<0.01). Regression equations were listed in the full text which can be used for calculating energy costs by HR or pulmonary ventilation measurements instead of the tedious gas metabolism procedures. Analysis of the HR, O2 consumption and energy expenditure suggested that ballet is a good and combined type of aerobic and anaerobic exercise.
