【摘要】 瑞香是名贵花木之一,而且具有药用价值。我们在进行试管快速繁殖瑞香的试验中发现:(1)新生枝条在夏季生长完全成熟后最适合作组织培养的起始外植体。此时,芽和茎段外植体发芽抽茎率可达70～90％,且茎苗生长健壮;(2)可将试管内的幼茎苗切割继代培养,迅速增殖,连续继代培养的时间可在一年以上;(3)连续继代结合加入矮壮素CCC作壮苗培养,可获得健壮茎苗;(4)健壮试管茎苗转入改良MS培养基附加NAA1、IBA1、根皮苷1～2mg/l的生根培养基中,生根率可达80～90％。更多还原

【Abstract】 We studied the method of quick propagation of Daphne odora T . in Vitro and discovered some affecting factors. ( a ) When the newborn branches were fully grown and became maturity in summer, they are most suitable to be used as the explant sources of Daphne odora for tissue culture. In this time, the regenerating rate of these explants was 70 ~ 90%, and the young stems were very strong. ( b ) We can cut the young stems in vitro into several segments and can subculture them to be young stems, so the. high rate of propagation could be obtained quickly, the subculture time has been continued over a year. (c) When the medium of subculture was added with proper amount of CCC,the stron-gest young stems were obtained. ( d ) The strongest stems were trans-ferred to the modified MS-medium added with NAA ].mg/l,IBA l mg/1, Phlorizen 1 ~ 2 mg/ 1 . The root growing rate was 80~90%.更多还原
