金鱼草雌蕊中花粉管向化性物质的提取、分离及其对细胞伸长的影响

【摘要】 金色草雌蕊中的花粉管向化性物质能被水提取,但不能被非极性溶剂石油醚提取,是一个能溶解于水的极性化合物。提取物经纸层层析提纯后,仍有向化活性,对燕麦胚芽鞘和花粉管的生长有明显的抑制作用。本文对此物质在授粉受精中的作用机理,以及脱落酸在这一现象中的可能作用进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 The pollen tube chemotripic factor in the gynaecium of Antirrhinum majus can be extracted with water, but not with non-polar solvents such as petroleum ether. It is therefore a water soluble polar substance. After paper chromatography, the extract retains its chemotropic activity in the spots at certain Rf value, depending on the solvent used, on the filter paper. The eluate from the chemotropic spots exhibits significantly inhibitory effect on the elongation of either pollen tube or avena coleop-tiles.Based on the above facts, we call attention to the study of the possible evolvement of abscicic acid in chemotropic movement of pollen tubes.
