调节膦对番茄果实品质和产量的影响

【摘要】 250、500、1000ppm三种浓度的调节膦,均能抑制番茄植株的营养生长,浓度愈高,抑制作用愈强。经用三种浓度的调节膦处理后,番茄叶片的厚度、色泽、光合作用强度以及碳氮比都有所增加和提高,植株的营养生长和生殖生长得到较好的调节。处理后果实中的还原糖、转化酶活性和维生素C含量都有所增加,从而提高果实的品质。乙烯释放量的高峰提前,促进果实早熟,早期产量显著增加。两年来的试验结果表明,三种浓度的调节膦,都可以提高番茄果实的品质,产量也略有提高。

【Abstract】 Krenite at the concentrations of 250ppm, 500ppm and 1000ppm inhibited vegetative growth in tomato plants. The higher the concentra-tion the more inhibition occured.Thickness, color, chlorophyll content the intensity of photosynthesis and the ratio of carbonhydrate and nitrogen in tomato leaves were all increased after the treatments. The vegetative growth and reproductive growth were well coordinated.The activity of invertase, the reducing sugar and ascorbic acid con-tent in tomato fruits were also increased after the treatments with three concentrations of krenite. Therefore, the quality of tomato fruits were generally improved.As the climasteric peak of ethylene release from tomato fruits rea-ched earlier than usual after the treatments the ripening of fruits were accelerated. The weight of fruits harvested in earlier stage were signi-ficantly increased.The result of two years experiments proves that three concentra-tions of krenite applied on tomato plants may increase both the quality and quantity of their fruits.
