【摘要】 用Etrog香橼Arizona-861-S-1或Etrog香橼Arizona-861作指示植物,鉴定新会橙、暗柳橙、锦橙、先锋橙、雪柑、改良橙、冰糖橙、蕉柑、椪柑、本地早、南丰蜜桔、福桔和沙田柚在各自老产区的植株感染裂皮病的情况。根据已有的鉴定结果看出,我国原有的重要柑桔栽培品种中,暗柳橙和新会橙已经普遍受裂皮病感染,改良橙亦可能如此。锦橙、雪柑和先锋橙有部分植株受感染。蕉柑、椪柑、本地早、南丰蜜桔、福桔、沙田柚和冰糖橙中还没有发现受感染的植株。 已经感染裂皮病的暗柳橙、伏令夏橙、尤力克柠檬和费米耐劳柠檬通过茎尖嫁接,可以获得无裂皮病的植株。更多还原

【Abstract】 Exocortis infection of sweet orange cultivars , Xinhuicheng , Anliu-cheng, Jincheng,Xianfengcheng, Xuegan,Gailiangcheng and Bingtangcheng, of mandarin cultivars, Tankan , Ponkan, Bendizau, Nanfengmiju and Fuju, and of shaddock cultivar,Shadianyou collected in their traditional producing areas was indexed by the indicators, Etrog citron, Arizona-861-S-l or Arizona-861.The available indexing data tentatively indicated that the old line of Anliucheng, Xinhuicheng and Gailiangcheng w.ere rather commonly infected with exocortist and a part of the plants of Jincheng, Xuegan and Xianfencheng were infected. Infected tree has not yet been found in the mandarin and shaddock cultivars, and in the sweet orange,Bingtangcheng.Exocortis free budlings of Anliucheng, Valencia Late, Eureka lemon and Femminello lemon have been propagated from infected mother tree after shoot-tip grafting.更多还原
