【Abstract】 Present work intends to set up a system of rapid vegetative propaga-tion by means of the tissue culture for to propagate rapidly the fine cultivars and to obtain new varieties and virus-free stocks in tulip. aln this work the reactions of various organs ( scale, floral stem, petal, ovary, anther and so on) in vitro and the factors ( development sta-ge, the size of explant, hormone and so on ) affecting the induced fre-quency in vitro were studied.
