【摘要】 本文叙述了集成温度传感器的基本原理,给出了描述电路温度系数的解析公式.借助于SPICE程序,进一步对温度测量精度与制造工艺容差的关系进行定量模拟,为电路的优化设计提供了依据.通过对国内首次研制的SL616集成温度传感器的温度特性测量表明,在一40℃～+120℃的范围内,温度测量的精度可以达到 1℃左右.更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the basic principle of the integrated temperature sensor is described and the analytic formula of circuit temperature coefficient is derived. The relationship of temperature measurement accuracy with process tolerance is simulated quantitatively by SPICE, and the optimal design for this circuit is given.The measurement results for the temperature characteristics of SL 616 Integrated Temperature Sensor, which was developed for the first time in China, show that the. accuracy of temperature measurement is about 1℃ in the range -40℃ to 120℃.更多还原
