【Abstract】 In this paper,a type of excimer laser cell with longitudinal e-beam excitation wasdescribed.The effect of a solenoid magnetic field on the e-beam was analysed.By the CurrentViewing Resistor (CVR) or the probe coil with integrator,the magnetic field was researched.Us-ing Faraday probe and the diazochrome foils,the position of the e-beam and its spatial FWHMwere monitored.With a graphite disc-calorimeter,the total e-beam energy was measured.Andfinaly the tuneable XeF (C→A) laser output was obtained.更多还原
