【Abstract】 This paper investigates the distribution of the N₂ laser energy output by the statis-tical method.Experiments indicate that through adjustment of discharging states of the lasercavity and parameters of the spark gap,the stability of laser energy can be raised to +3.6%from original ±7.6%.更多还原
