【Abstract】 Two new series of rare earth sulfides containing Co （Ni） and Si have been synthesi-zed by gas-solid reaction of rare earth oxides, cobalt （nickel） oxide and Si powderunder a mixed gas flow of H₂S and CS₂ at high temperature （1100—1250℃）. The X-raypowder diffraction data and the lattice parameters of these compounds were given.更多还原
