常规游梁抽油机结构的改进及效果分析
Improvement of Conventional Beam-Pumping Units And Analysis of Its Effect
【摘要】 本文从分析常规游梁抽油机的运动规律入手,建立了非对称循环常规抽油机的运动指标m_a方程,求极值后归纳出一元六次方程,求解得优化四连杆的比值;据平衡原理,可确定平衡重最佳后置角。应用上述结果,可作出“平衡重后置”CYJ5—2.7—26B型常规抽油机的改进设计。从装机功率和减速箱曲柄轴扭矩的角度来分析,改进后的抽油机结构合理,经济效果显著,在油田生产中有推广应用价值。
【Abstract】 By first analyzing the motion pattern of conventional beam-pumping units, this article sets up the motion index mx equation of the non-symmetric cyclic conventional beam-pumping units. Using the above mentioned result the improved design of rear-set equilibrium weight CYJ5-2.7 -26B type conventional beam-pumping unit can be made. By analyzing the angle of the installed power and the crankshaft torque of the gear box, the improved pumping unit has a reasonable structure and marked economic results.
