同槽电解生成锌和二氧化锰的研究

【摘要】 研究了在硫酸锌和硫酸锰酸性溶液中,同时电积锌和二氧化锰的可能性。探索了电流密度、温度、锰含量等条件对阴、阳极电流效率的影响。发现温度越高、电流密度越低,则阳极电流效率越高,锰含量在1.2M时最佳。电流密度越高,阴极电流效率也越高,但温度对其影响不显著。在温度75℃,电流密度10mA/cm2,电解液组成:Zn50g/l,MnSO41.2M、H2SO40.5M,胶50mg/l,阴极用铝,阳极用铅的条件下,阴极和阳极电流效率分别可达91%和79%。MnO2为γ型。此外,还测定了阳极极化曲线,对氧和二氧化锰的析出规律进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 The possibillity of simultaneous electrodeposition of Zn and MnO2 in a single cell from an acidic solution of ZnSO4 and MnSO4 was studied. It was found that the anodic current efficiency increases with the temperature and decreases with the current density markedly. The cathodic (Al) and anodic (Pb) current efficiencies were 91% and 79% respectiyely under the following conditions: temperature 75℃, current density 10mA/cm2, composition of electrolyte: Zn 50g/l; MnSO4 1.2M; H2SO40.5M; glue 50mg/l; The anodic product was γ-MnO2. The anodic polarization curves were measured and discussed.
