【Abstract】 This paper reports the results of treatment of anterior segment damage due to chemical burns, pyogenic infection, and graft rejection reaction by keratoplasty. The authors performed keratoplasty in all the cases that had corneal necrosis and perforation, lens dislocation, anterior vitreous body detachment and ophthalmalacia. The eyeballs in 12 cases were survived following corneal transplantation and the graft in 5 cases was clear for half a year. It is confirmed that keratoplasty is valuable in treatment of these cases. The name of operation, indication, surgical technique and complications are discussed.更多还原
