【摘要】 本文用抗病毒药和IFN治疗HSK,以ACV和IFN合用效果最好,优于两药单用及IFN、IDU等合用。治疗HSK在早期应用效果好,尤以浅层型效果显著,在发病早期用IFN可以预防角膜病变的发展,但对深层型须合用皮质类固醇治疗方能取得较好的疗效,并有降低复发率的趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, a combination of IFN and antiviral agents were used for treatment of HSK. The best results were obtained with a combination of ACV and IFN. The results were better than the two drugs used singly or IFN combined with IDU or others. The therapeutic effects were better in the early stages of HSK and especially remarkable in the shallow interstitial type. In the early stage, IFN may arrest the further development of corneal lesions but in the stromal type, the therapeutic effect is poor, unless the drugs are combined with corticosteroids. There is a tendency for a decrease in the recurrent rate with this type of therapy.更多还原
