【摘要】 44例原发于眼附属器的非何杰金氏淋巴瘤,男32例,女12例,平均发病年龄45.7岁。有完整资料的36例中,眼睑及结膜19例,眼眶17例,其中3例儿童均原发于眼睑,在这35例中,根据临床表现分为急性型的8例(22.86％),慢性型28例(77.14％)。急性型起病急,迅速恶化,预后极差,组织病理学分型多属高度恶性淋巴瘤。慢性型起病及发展均较缓慢,预后较佳,组织病理学分型多属低发及中度恶性淋巴瘤。44例的组织病理学分型:结节型5例(11.36％),弥漫型39例(88.64％),属B细咆系的42例(95.45％),T细胞系2例(4.55％)。随访3年的26例,结节型的5例,无一例死亡:弥漫型的21例,死亡9例。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forty-four cases of Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma arising in ocular adnexa were analysed. There were 32 male, 12 female, the average age of the onset of symptoms being 45.7 years old. Among the thirty-six cases with detailed clinical data, lesions of 19 cases were located in eyelids and conjunctivas, and 17 cases in orbits. All the lesions of the three children in this group were in eyelids. These 36 cases were divided clinically into two groups: acute and chronic. The former included 8 cases (22.22％), characterized by acute onset, rapid progressive course, and poor prognosis. The latter, 28 cases (77.78％), characterized by chronic onset, slow progressive course, and relatively favorable prognosis. Histopathologically, most of the acute cases belonged to high grade malignant lymphoma, while the chronic ones, belonged to intermediary or low grade malignant lymphoma. Of the 44 cases, 5 were classified as nodular lynlphoma (11.36％) and 39 as diffuse (88.64％). Tumors of B-cell origin accounted for 42 cases (95.45％) while T-cell 2 cases (4.55％). 26 cases have been followed-up for 3 years, of which all patients with nodular lymphoma survive, while 9 of the 21 diffuse lymphoma cases died.更多还原
