【摘要】 本研究测定了24例眼房水和血清乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）总活力和其同工酶（LDH₁、LDH₂、LDH₃、LDH₄、LDH₅）其中12例患视网膜母细胞瘤,12例为非视网膜母细胞瘤。12例视网膜母细胞瘤病人房水LDH总活力平均值为1807单位/100毫升。12例非视网膜母细胞瘤房水LDH总活力平均值为182.6单位/100毫升。视网膜母细胞瘤房水LDH浓度高于非视网膜母细胞瘤者。 12例视网膜母细胞瘤血清LDH 总活力平均值为447.5单位/100毫升,房水LDH浓度明显高于血清者,房水/血清比大于1（4.49）。非视网膜母细胞瘤血清LDH总活力平均值为375单位/100毫升,房水 LDH浓度低于血清者。房水/血清比小于1（0.54）。视网膜母细胞瘤房水LDH₃、LDH₄、LDH₅ 比血清者明显增高,而LDH₂减少,LDH₁明显减少,LDH₄/LDH₁大于1,在诊断上有特异性。由于视网膜母细胞瘤房水LDH总活力明显增高,LDH同工酶也有异常改变,因之测定视网膜母细胞瘤病人房水LDH总活力及其同工酶对其诊断上似有一定的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lactic acid dehyfrogenase and its isoenzymes were determined in aqueous humour and serum of 24 cases （among them 12 with retinoblastoma, 12 cases with nonmalignant intraocular disorders. ） The mean value of total LDH activity in aqueous with retinoblastoma is 1807 units/100 ml. While the mean value with nonmalignant intraocular disorders is 182.6 units/100 ml. The concentration of total LDH activity in aqueous with retinoblastoma is much higher than that with nonmalignant intraocular disorders.The mean value of total LDH activity in serum with retinoblastoma is 447.5 units/100 ml. LDH is found to be present in higher concentration on aqueous humour than on serum with retinoblastoma patients. The ratio of LDH activity of aqueous/serum is greater than 1 （4.49）. The mean value of total LDH activity in serum with nonmalignant intraocular disorders is 375. The LDH concentration in aqueous humour is lower than that in serum. The ratio of LDH activity of aqueous/serum with nonmalignant intraocular disorders is less than 1 （0.54）.The aqueous humour isoenzymes LDH₃, LDH₄ and LDH5 with retinoblastoma elevated relatively as comparing with serum. LDH₂ decreased, and LDH₁ decreased significantly. The ratio of isoenzyme LDH₄/LDH₁ is greater than 1. These are the characteristic LDH isoenzyme fractionation pattern with retinoblastoma.Since the total aqueous humour LDH and its enzymes LDH₃, LDH₄ and LDHs level in retinoblastoma is greatly elevated, it seems likely that the estimation of LDH and its isoenzymes in aqueous humour may be of value in the diagnosis of retinoblastoma.更多还原
