σ相X光衍射定量相分析
σ-Phase Quantitative Analysis of Value K Method of X-ray Diffraction
【摘要】 <正>应用X光衍射定量相分析K值法,对不同含铁量的K。镍基铸造高温合金正常热处理试样析出相进行了研究。从晶体结构角度区分了“口;相和“M23C6”相,解决了因二者主要元素相似、电化学性质相近而难以分离的困难。测出了K6合金口相含量,为进一步研究铁对该合金组织和性能的影响提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The phase precipitate in a casted nickel-base superalloy K6 with different Fe contents has been investigated by x-ray diffraction quantitative phase analysis-Value K method. Both phases a and M23C8 having similar chemical compositions and electro-chemical properties can be separated by crystal structure.The content of σ-phase in K6 alloy with different Fe contents is determined. It obviously, presents the useful date for forward studying the effect of iron content on microstructure and properties.
