酶抑制剂对β-内酰胺抗生素体外抗菌作用的影响
The Effect of β-lactamase Inhibitors on the Activities of β-lactam Antibiotics in Vitro
【摘要】 本文报导两种酶抑制剂——棒酸与青霉烷砜,分别和青霉素G、氨苄青霉素、羟氨苄青霉素、头孢哌酮4种β-内酰胺抗生素联合对产酶金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌等82株耐药细菌的协同作用。棒酸的抑酶活性一般强于青霉烷砜;两种酶抑制剂浓度愈高,抗生素对细菌的MIC愈低;就胞外酶(金葡菌)和胞内酶(大肠杆菌)而言,酶抑制剂的作用对前者更为明显。
【Abstract】 We have investigated the synergistic activities between β-lactamase inhibitors and antibiotics of penicillin G,amoxacillin,cefoprozone ete,respectively.Two β-lactamase inhibitors,clavulanic acid and sulbactam,were taken for experiment against 82 strains of β-lactamase producing bacteria,including Staph aureus,E.coli and Ps.aeruginosa. The enzyme-inhibition action of elavulanic acid was more Powerful than that of sulbaetam.The enzymatic activity varied directly with different dosage.Both β-laetamase inhibitors were more effecsive on extracellular β-lactamase than in intracellular ones. especially the clavulanic acid.
