【Abstract】 Five cases of cryptococcal meningitis were confirmed by routine CSF cytologic exa- mination.The cytologic charateristics of the disease,especially the features of cryptoco- ccus neoformans under MGG stain were described,combined with the review of literatures,the diagnostic value of CSF cytologic examination for cryptococcus neofo- rmous meningitis was discussed.It was considered that CSF cytologic examination would be a fast and releiable diagnostic method,and it should be taken as a routine examination when cryptococcal meningitis was suspected.更多还原
