350三连轧(冷轧)前滑模型的研究

【摘要】 本文在分析现有理论模型弊病的基础上,通过实验建立了350三连轧的前滑模型,并分析了连轧机上的前滑规律。试验还证明了自行设计的电接触法在线检测装置,工作稳定,精度亦可满足要求。作者认为:本工作对完善三连轧机的工艺制度和操作以及今后的计算机控制都有着重要的意义。

【Abstract】 A forward slip formula is established in this joint project in order, to ameliorate the current formulae which are carefully analyzed and examined for comparison, Experiments are carried out on the forward slipping behavior of the feed to the continuous rolling mill. It is also confirmed through the experiment that the acceptability of the precision and the on-line stability of the electron contactor developed by the authors themselves meet the stand ard to their satisfaction. The project is referred to by the authors as a help to upgrade the rolling procedure of the three-mills-intendem 350 continuous rolling mill and facilitate the subsequent computer-aided control.
