不同耐力水平运动员安静、负荷恢复状态下的STI研究

【摘要】 <正> STI已在临床医学上获得有价值的应用。在运动医学领域中,目前尚未确定STI评定运动员心功的统一标准。本研究之目的是对运动员STI特点做进一步深入的探讨。为了能够灵敏地反映出不同水平运动员的心功差异,只有在不同负荷强度下测试心血管机能的变化特点,才能获得最有价值的资料。然而,负荷中STI

【Abstract】 Different characteristics in STI were studied in athletes of different endurance levels st rest. during exercise and on recovery. Three groups (endurance group, middle endurance level group and control group) each consisting of 30 males aged 18 to 30, were studied. ECG, PCG, Ear Densitogram and its Time Derivative were simultaneously recorded at rest, during supine exercise at three separate work loads (600 kpm min-1, 800 kpm min-1, submaximal work load), and on the 1 st, 3 rd, 5 th and 10 th min. of recovery. The OS2, LVET, PEP, PEP/LVET, QS2I, LVETI (corrected for HR) and the triple product (HR×LVET×SBP) were calculated in all conditions. The results were summarized as follows: (1) Longer QS2, LVET and PEP were found in the endurance group in all conditions. (2) At rest, the endurance group showed a significant longer QS2I and LVETI. PEP/LVET showed no significant difference among three groups. (3) The endurance group showed a significant lower triple product, at rest, during exercise with specific work loads and on recovery (with the exception of submaximal work load). (4) The slopes of the regression curve between STI and HR were steeper in the endurance group at rest and during exercise. In contrast, the slopes were steeper in the control group on recovery. (5) Significant negative correlation between the PEP and the HR were observed at rest in all three groups, but significant correlation existed only in the endurance group under submaximal work load. (6) In the control group, lower work-load exercise caused a significant prolongation of the QS2I and the LVETI. With increased work loads, the PEP tended to be stable, the PEP/LVET tended to rise gradually, and the QS2I and the LVETI had a significant reduction. In the endurance group, a significant successive reduction of the PEP and the PEP/LVET together with a relatively longer QS2I and LVETI were found under submaximal work load. (7) In early recovery phase (1 st min), a markedly shortening of the QS2I and the LVETI were found in the endurance group. In contrast a marked prolongation of the QS2I and the LVETI were found in other two groups. It was concluded that the changes in the STI mentioned above reflected a different machanism in the myocardial contractility and haemodynamic nature in athletes of different endurance levels.
