【摘要】 研究了附地菜叶肉原生质体的分离条件,得到了大量的有活力的原生质体。用改良的NT培养基做液体静置培养,41.7％的原生质体可以分裂,进而形成细胞团,转移到MS固体培养基后形成愈伤组织。最后在MS分化培养基上分化出芽和根。经一年继代培养的愈伤组织,分化能力无明显减弱。更多还原

【Abstract】 A large quantity of viable protoplasts were isolated from the leaves of T.peduncularis by enzymatic method.When cultured in the modified NT medium,the protoplasts were divided and formed into cell clusters,which grew into calli and finally regenerated shoots and roots in MS medium.It has been found that the protoplasts isolated in winter from the leaves of dormant stage were easier to be cultured than in those of any other developmental stages.更多还原
