高粱株高和节间长度的数量遗传分析
Quantitative Inheritance Analysis of Plant Height and Intercalary Length of Sorghum
【摘要】 高粱茎秆节间长度的遗传参数呈现有规律的变化。从上到下,与显性效应有关的遗传参数(H1.H2,和[h]2)值都逐渐减小;狭义遗传力逐渐增高;控制节间长度的基因数逐渐减少;第一节(穗柄)和第二节均为三个基因;第三节为两个基因;第四、五节都为一个基因。 一般配合力方差与特殊配合力方差相比,前者为后者的5.69—39.34倍。亲本榆5A、1729A、3197A、7501A和7502A的一般配合力效应值较低;亲本TX622、TX390、7504A和7715A的效应值较高。
【Abstract】 The genetic parameters of intercalary lengths of sorghum are changed regularly.Estimations of genetic parameters (H1 H2 and [h]2) in dominant effects are decreased gradually from upper to lower intercalaries,while narrow heritabilities are increased gradually.The genie numhers are also decreased gradually.The 1st and 2nd intercalaries are controlled by 3 genes,the 3rd by 2 genes,and the 4th and 5th by 1 gene.Variances of G.C.A.are 5.69-39.28 times those of S.C.A.Effect values of G.C.A.of the 1st,4th,5th,6th and 7th parents are higher than those of the 2nd,3rd,8th and 9th once.
