【摘要】 用3种瘤株如肝癌腹水型、肉瘤₁₈₀(S₁₈₀)、艾氏腹水癌（EAC）研究了长白山苦杏仁提取物的抗肿瘤作用。给荷瘤小鼠连续腹腔注射此药600、300mg/kg,灌胃200,100mg/kg10天时,肝癌实体瘤和S₁₈₀被抑制,其抑癌率为61.7～77.1％。将此药经胃管给小鼠500mg/kg时部分动物死亡,而腹腔注射5g/k巴时,小鼠无死亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Antineoplastic action of bitter almond of Changbai Mountains on transplanted tumor (hepatoma, Sarcoma₁₈₀, EAC) in mice was described.
