15-甲基前列腺素F2α对纯种Beagle狗周围血淋巴细胞移动及增殖的影响
THE EFFECT OF 15-METHYL-PROSTAGLANDIN F2a ON PE-RIPHERAL LYMPHOCYTE PROLIFERATION AND MIGRATION IN BEAGLE DOG
【摘要】 本文观察纯种性成熟Beagle狗im15-甲基前列脉素F2α0.5mg/kg qd×14d,对周围血淋巴细胞的移动能力及淋巴细胞增殖的影响,结果对两者均无显著影响
【Abstract】 Inbred beagle dogs injected with 0.5mg/kg qd × 14d of 15-methyl-prostaglandin F2α were studied with [3H]TdR.This amount corresponds to 50 times of clinic dosage with antifertility effect. The results demonstrated that 15-methyl-prostaglandin F2α had no significant effect on both peripheral lympnocyte proliferation and migration.
